Hr Advisor

We're expanding our HR team at GEL Engineering Ltd and are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join us.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied, hands-on HR role, supporting managers across multiple sites and providing advice on a wide range of employee matters.

You'll work closely with the HR Manager and wider team, helping us deliver an effective HR service while supporting our people and the continued growth of the business.

We're looking for someone with at least two years' experience in an HR role, strong employee relations experience and the confidence to work with managers at all levels.

You'll be organised, approachable and comfortable managing a varied workload. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally are essential.

Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office is important, and CIPD training or a relevant qualification would be desirable.
