HR Advisor

Invicta Health has an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join the team on a part time/ full time basis. The role will be based across all 7 of our GP Practices: St James Surgery, Martello Health Centre, Orchard House Surgery, Church Lane Surgery, East Cliff Practice, Birchington Medical Centre & St Peters Surgery., As a HR Advisor you will provide an efficient and effective service by delivering professional HR advice to managers on a range of areas including employee terms and conditions, disciplinaries, grievances, recruitment, absence management and organisational change. The role will work closely with the HR Manager to champion employee wellbeing and engagement and support with any organisation wide initiatives, working towards Invicta Healths vision to be an employer of choice.

We have a wide range of services such as hub-based GPs services, GP surgeries, services in Urgent Care Centres and A&E, a Community Primary Care mental health service, GP staff training service and the list is growing all the time. We are formed by a federation of General Practitioners working in Canterbury and South Kent Coast areas of East Kent.
