We're looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our Head Office team and help deliver a high-quality, people-focused HR service across our organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with HR Business Partners and senior leaders, supporting the delivery of our HR strategy while ensuring colleagues across Agincare receive expert guidance, care, and support. This role can be based from our offices in Portland, Bristol or Grantham The role As an HR Advisor, youll play a key role in delivering a comprehensive HR service across multiple business areas. Your responsibilities will include: Providing expert advice and support on employee relations, performance, and workplace matters Supporting team development and promoting a positive working environment Attending employee relations meetings, guiding
managers on process and ensuring accurate documentation Managing HR systems and, As an HR Advisor at Agincare, you will play a crucial role in delivering a comprehensive HR service across multiple business areas. Your responsibilities include providing expert advice and support on employee relations, performance, and workplace matters. You will also support team development and promote a positive working environment. The role involves attending employee relations meetings, guiding managers on processes, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will manage HR systems and maintain accurate, confidential employee records in line with GDPR and CQC standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with HR Business Partners and senior leaders, supporting the delivery of HR strategy while ensuring colleagues receive expert guidance, care, and support.
