HR Advisor

Hybrid working available. Please note for this role you will need the ability to travel independently and in a timely manner across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough to meet strict time deadlines., As a HR Advisor, you will provide a generalist Human Resources (HR) service to the Trust as part of the Operational HR Team.

You will play a key role in providing expert advice and support across the Trust on all aspects of HR including employee relations, terms and conditions and policy implementation. You will work closely with managers to ensure best practice is followed and help create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
