Our greatest asset is our people, so our HR team focus on ensuring we are all reaching our potential. They use their specialist expertise to help us attract great talent, enable our employees to succeed and inspire a unified culture of development across our firm. By playing a role in the recruitment and supporting our people, they help change lives and influence the future of BDO. Join a driven and passionate team where you can be yourself, while also helping your colleagues to achieve their ambitions. We'll help you succeed Leading organisations trust us because of the quality of our advice. That quality grows from a thorough understanding of their business, and that understanding comes from working closely with them and building long-lasting relationships. You'll be someone who is both comfortable working pro-actively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDO's partners to help businesses effectively. Through early intervention and pragmatic guidance, you'll contribute to positive outcomes, ensure compliance with policies and procedures and help resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Alongside employee relations activity, you'll play a key role in delivering operational HR processes, including performance management, promotion rounds, talent reviews and other annual people activities. You'll help ensure policies, procedures and governance frameworks are applied consistently while supporting the implementation of standardised processes across Central Operations. Using people data and management information, you'll provide insights that support effective decision-making. This will include analysing trends relating to absence, attrition, performance and employee relations activity, maintaining accurate records and identifying opportunities for proactive action and continuous improvement. You'll also contribute to projects and initiatives that enhance process efficiency, strengthen governance and improve the overall employee experience, supporting the delivery of the Central Operations People Plan and the continued centralisation and standardisation of people activities across the function.
