You bring a strong background in HR administration and are confident independently managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
You'll have a good understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle administration and employment policies, with the ability to review, draft and maintain HR documentation.
You're confident building relationships with people at different levels of an organisation, influencing and constructively challenging where appropriate, and managing expectations to achieve positive outcomes. You can navigate competing priorities, communicate clearly and ensure agreed actions are delivered.
You're proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable taking responsibility for improving processes and ways of working. You can handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Experience using HR systems, particularly SAP HR, would be advantageous, alongside strong Microsoft Office skills. A CIPD qualification, or working towards one, would be welcomed, together with a good understanding of UK employment practices.
