Aligned to business functions the role will support HR in both day to day and project activity. This is a key role requiring commitment, initiative, confidentiality and a proactive approach. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on company HR systems while proactively identifying opportunities to improve data quality, processes and ways of workingProvide an effective HR administration service relating to the employment lifecycle including starters, leavers and changes to terms and conditionsManage the end-to-end recruitment process including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews and
liaising with candidates and recruitment agencies Manage administration of monthly payroll ensuring that all payroll instructions are prepared and logged accurately and in a timely mannerResponsible for managing the onboarding process for new starters; preparing employment contracts, pre-employment packs, reference requests and carrying out new starter inductionsAdministration of leaver processMaintain comprehensive knowledge of employee benefit programs to accurately administer, process changes, and provide informed advice to staff. Ensure continuous personal development by keeping up-to-date with employment law across EMEA regionsSupport colleagues in managing absence, maternity, paternity, special leave requests, occupational health referrals etcEnsure the provision of accurate advice and guidance to all stakeholders as defined in company HR policies, processes and procedures within EMEA regionResponsible for accurate preparation and timely preparation of management information and
reports to support decision-making processesSupport the HR team with ad hoc projects, taking ownership of agreed actions and following up proactively to ensure progressAdvise on non-complex HR related issues Maintain a high level of confidentiality in relation to all HR matters Support HR in employee relations matters, taking notes at formal meetings, investigations and hearingsCarry out general administration tasks for the HR Department, such as; devising standard HR documents and letters and manage the HR and recruitment inboxesCarry out data processing and analysis tasks requiring the use of excel e.g. pivot tables, formulas, etc.Comply with the company's ISO 27001 and ISO 14001-aligned information security and environmental management policies, participate in awareness and training activities, and report any incidents or concerns. About YouKey Skills & Experience:Ability to manage workload effectively to meet tight deadlines Experience in an HR support or
