TeamWe're a fairly new HR team and we have big plans which you will play a key part of. The wider HR team consists of L&D and Recruitment departments who you will work alongside of too. Sound judgement is a must, with the ability to remain objective and pragmatic. You will have a proven ability to develop successful working relationships with senior stakeholders and the ability to balance coaching and challenging style to drive great outcomesBeing confident with IT and Microsoft Office will allow you to work on projects, communicate
