Housing Team Manager

The role of the Team Manager is pivotal in:

• Providing effective leadership of a team of housing colleagues to drive high level of performance and customer satisfaction
+ Managing estate management, tenancy management and allocation service o Developing and continually improving the housing management service and developing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

# A strong record of demonstrable achievement in making a difference and service improvement in an organisation of comparable size and complexity to Karbon Homes, in the delivery of tenancy, void, allocation and estate management @ Experience of working in partnership with stakeholders to deliver excellence - Experience of collaborating and working as part of an effective management team


• Salary - £46,411 per annum plus a Karbon car payment of £2,405 per annum
