Housing Systems Adoption Officer

We are recruiting for a Housing Systems Adoption Officer to play a key role in improving how our housing systems are used across the organisation.

Working closely with Housing Services, ICT & Digital Services, and system suppliers, you will drive user adoption, develop engaging training materials, support service improvement initiatives and help colleagues make the most of our core housing systems, including NEC Housing. This role has been created to strengthen system adoption and improve user confidence in systems.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver engaging training sessions for new starters and existing colleagues.

Create and maintain user guides, learning resources and system documentation.

Work with service teams to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.

Promote best practice and consistent system usage across housing services.

Monitor adoption levels and gather user feedback to improve the user experience.

Support testing, communications and rollout activities for new system developments.

Leading the System Champions User Group.

Act as a trusted point of contact for colleagues, helping them confidently navigate system changes
