Full Job Description

  • Completing support plans, risk assessments, and regular reviews
  • Helping young people develop everyday living skills such as budgeting, cooking, shopping, and managing a tenancy
  • Supporting access to education, employment, training, and community services
  • Working alongside external agencies to achieve positive outcomes

    We're looking for a Support Worker to join our Young People's Service, helping young people build the skills, confidence, and resilience they need to live independently., Experience supporting vulnerable people through work or volunteering
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A caring, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach
  • Confidence working independently, including lone working
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems
