Full Job Description
Make a lasting impact on young people's lives by helping them build independence and achieve their potential. You'll provide person-centred support that transforms vulnerable young people into confident, thriving adults.
What you will be doing
You'll work closely with our Housing Services Manager to deliver high-quality support to residents.
- Engage with young people to identify their passions, needs, and aspirations while removing barriers to their success
- Conduct interviews with applicants, complete needs and risk assessments, and carry out reference checks
- Minimise vacancies by arranging prompt cleaning and preparation of flats for re-letting
- Visit properties regularly to ensure safety, good condition, and licence agreement compliance
You'll be computer literate and approachable with a genuine desire to inspire young people. You'll adapt to changing priorities and work effectively with diverse agencies.
Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
