Full Job Description

As part of our Housing and Support team, you'll be a key point of contact for residents, visitors, and partners. You'll play a crucial role in delivering a safe, welcoming, and well-run environment while making a meaningful difference in people's daily lives.

This is more than a front-facing role-it's an opportunity to be at the heart of a vibrant, supportive community.

No two days are the same. From welcoming new residents to ensuring the building runs smoothly and safely, you'll be central to creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
Be the friendly face of YMCA St Paul's Group, providing a warm welcome and expert support to residents, visitors, and their networks. Your approach will shape positive experiences every day.

Enjoy a Varied and Engaging Role
From reception duties and managing calls to coordinating repairs and processing payments-your work will be dynamic, hands-on, and rewarding.

Promote Safety and Wellbeing
Take on key responsibilities as a first aider and fire marshal, carrying out regular checks and helping maintain a safe and secure environment for all.

Support Residents with Care and Empathy
Help residents feel heard and supported-whether welcoming new arrivals, responding to concerns, or addressing anti-social behaviour sensitively and professionally.

Be Part of a Strong Team
Work alongside passionate and experienced housing professionals who are committed to making a difference. Your contribution will truly matter.

Why Join Us?

At YMCA St Paul's Group, you're not just taking a job-you're building a career with purpose.

We are proud to champion diversity, inclusion, and authenticity. Your voice matters here, and you'll have opportunities to shape our culture through Employee Resource Groups and ongoing initiatives.

We'll invest in your growth, supporting you with training, qualifications, and clear development pathways so you can reach your full potential.

If you're passionate about people, thrive in a varied role, and want to make a genuine impact in your community, we'd love to hear from you.

At YMCA St Paul's Group, we do more than provide services-we transform lives. For over 150 years, we've been empowering young people and strengthening communities across London. Through life-changing youth work, inclusive health and wellbeing services, and safe supported accommodation, we help individuals build brighter, more independent futures.
