YMCA Dulverton Group are in search of a passionate individual to join their Blake RSI Housing team as a Housing Support Enabler.

This pivotal role centres on engaging with residents, employing an asset-based approach to actively foster positive development.

The charity are seeking a self-motivated team player with a flexible mindset, ready to adapt to new challenges. If you understand the complexities faced by individuals who have experienced homelessness, this role invites you to encourage and enable everyone we support to become empowered by providing opportunities for progressive change.

The successful candidate will excel in maintaining precise records of support for a dedicated case load, offering guidance on all facets of independent living. They'll also oversee individual rent accounts, supporting residents in budgeting to ensure the sustainability of successful tenancies.
