What You'll Be Doing

Provide reassurance and support to residents, creating a calm, safe, and welcoming atmosphere throughout your shift.

Offer professional, empathetic support to residents and visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards.

From reception duties and managing calls to logging repairs and processing requests, your role will be hands-on and diverse.

Keep People Safe
Take responsibility as a first aider and fire marshal, carry out regular patrols and wellbeing checks, and respond effectively to incidents.
