Full Job Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the supported housing service to deliver an effective housing management service
  • Assist with tenancy and void management to maintain occupancy levels
  • Support and promote compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Build positive relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Manage supplies, furniture and equipment and keep records and filing systems up to date, All roles require safeguarding and pre-employment checks, including criminal records and overseas police checks where needed. Information provided during recruitment may be verified as part of these checks.

    • We work closely with the Home Office in order to prevent illegal working.   • Experience delivering tenancy services
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Literacy and numeracy skills equivalent to GCSE Grade C in English and Maths
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant area
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Experience using housing management systems is desirable
  • Full valid driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally
