Housing Services Team Leader

We are seeking an operational, resilient and compassionate team leader to head our frontline Housing Management Team.
In this role you will lead a dedicated team of Housing Officers delivering high quality, professional, and responsive tenancy and estate management services, to our council tenants and leaseholders. You will also support our gypsy and traveller liaison officer to manage our 2 gypsy and traveller sites.
You will be responsible for driving service improvements, ensuring strict regulatory compliance, and fostering a supportive culture that helps your team tackle complex casework effectively.
The successful candidate will bring experience of working in a frontline housing management role, will be confident in leading people, working with customers and partners, using performance information and supporting projects that help the service develop.
You will join a friendly and supportive team who strive to deliver the best possible service for our tenants and leaseholders. You will be someone who is eager to roll up their sleeves, make things happen and work collaboratively with colleagues, customers and partners.
