• Full-time role (37 hours/week)
• Hands-on experience with our Customer Experience and Neighbourhoods teams
• Dedicated study time to complete your academic qualification
• Supportive environment with opportunities to rotate across departments
You'll be at the heart of our operations, helping manage tenancies, properties, and estates, while delivering outstanding service to our tenants and customers. Training & Qualification You'll work towards a Level 3 Qualification in Housing & Property Management, delivered online by The Apprentice Academy. Topics include:
• Health & Safety
• Risk Assessments
• Leases & Licences
• Data Protection & Common Law
• History of Social Housing
• Tenancy Agreements
• EPCs, Private Landlords, Listed Buildings & more!
Career Progression This apprenticeship could be your stepping stone to a permanent role in Housing and Property Management.

Essential:
• Understanding of Health & Safety and Duty of Care
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
Desirable:
• Experience in office environments
• Awareness or lived experience of social housing
Personal Qualities:
• Team player with great communication skills
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
• Confident using IT systems
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset, Level 2 Key Skills in Literacy & Numeracy (or equivalent)
