We have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Project Delivery Officer to join the Housing Investment & Migration Support Team within Adults, Health and Wellbeing at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council. The Housing Investment & Migration Support Team is responsible for supporting the Council's housing priorities and delivering initiatives that help create thriving communities across the Borough. About the role As a Housing Project Delivery Officer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering a variety of housing-related programmes and projects. Depending on your skills, qualifications and experience, you will support or lead projects that contribute to housing growth, regeneration, affordable housing delivery and wider strategic housing objectives. Responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting housing projects and programmes.
- Monitoring project progress, budgets, risks and outcomes.
- Working collaboratively with internal services, developers, housing providers and other external partners.
- Preparing reports, funding applications and governance documentation.
- Supporting consultation and stakeholder engagement activities.
