Full Job Description
As a Housing Options Trainee you will be supported to develop a working knowledge of the individual functions of the Housing Options department which provides a comprehensive frontline advice and assessment service, focused on early intervention and homeless prevention.
We are therefore, looking for someone who is keen to develop their understanding/knowledge around housing and homelessness. You will have excellent communication skills with an ability to deal sensitively with customers. You will possess strong IT skills, be self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
Ideally you will also have a flexible and practical approach and be able to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
