Housing Officer

As Housing Officer for South Hams / Plymouth, you will manage a designated patch across Plymouth and surrounding areas, handling tenancy and estate management duties. Your responsibilities include conducting sign-ups and viewings, addressing breaches, and supporting safeguarding cases. You will also handle customer enquiries, promote community standards, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners. This full-time role pays £20.75 per hour for 37 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with an initial one-month contract that may extend. Starting ASAP, it requires proven social housing experience, ideally with a CIH Level 4 qualification. A full UK driving licence and vehicle access are essential, alongside strong organisational and customer service skills. Tenancy, estate & housing management experience CIH Level 4 or willing to work towards Full UK driving licence + access to a vehicle Strong customer service & organisational skills
