This will involve making sure that our properties are safe and attractive places to live and ensuring that tenancies are being conducted in a satisfactory way. This is a varied opportunity that will see you managing a range of situations and helping to build key relationships between Sanctuary Housing and our tenants, while consistently working in a professional manner to resolve problems and improve services. The role of Housing Officer will include:

- Handling a range of situations including complex cases of ASB (anti-social behaviour), which may include attending evictions and multi-agency crime prevention meetings.
- Attending various meetings to coordinate tenancy termination and changes, property clearance, and support tenancy auditing and fraud investigations
- Providing advice and support to residents through regular community engagement and signposting to relevant third party agencies, Sanctuary Group encourages and welcomes applications from people from diverse backgrounds to support our commitment to offering an inclusive environment for our employees and customers. We work closely with the Home Office in order to prevent illegal working. A basic Disclosure and Barring Service check will be necessary in the event of a successful application which we will pay for.
