Full Job Description
One full-time Housing First Co-Ordinator in our Rhondda Cynon Taf Housing First Team. A full drivers licence and access to a car is essential for the role., This is a Housing First Co-Ordinator role based in our Housing First Team, Rhondda Cynon Taf. Working alongside the Service Manager, we have a team of Floating Support Workers and Housing First Co-Ordinators. Providing appropriate assessments to our diverse group of customers, to help assist with housing issues, maintaining safe and secure housing, whilst working with the likes of First Landlord Network or other suitable alternatives.
