Full Job Description

We're looking for a Housing & Communities Connector to join our Community Investment team at CHS, helping our residents access the right support, build on their strengths, and sustain their tenancies. Monitor progress and share learning to improve services

Our approach is rooted in Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) and Human Learning Systems (HLS) - focusing on people's strengths, building trust, and adapting support to real-life needs.

About you:You'll be a natural connector with the resilience, empathy, and organisational skills to support people with complex needs. You'll be confident working both independently and as part of a team, and comfortable visiting residents in their homes.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to assess needs and manage risks appropriately

Knowledge of safeguarding good practice

Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, email)

A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field
