As a Housing Accommodation Team Leader, your leadership will have a direct impact on the safety, wellbeing and future prospects of people at some of the most challenging times in their lives. You will lead services that provide more than just accommodation. You will help create pathways to independence, support sustainable move-on options and ensure that residents receive the stability they need to rebuild their lives. At the same time, you will play a key role in protecting public resources, delivering value for money and shaping how accommodation services evolve to meet increasing demand.
