Full Job Description
Are you a natural leader? Want to be part of a close-nit team? We are looking for a Team Leader to lead our Housekeeping team and ensure high-quality, welcoming spaces where students can thrive. As a Housekeeping Team leader, to join the Group. You will join our high performing housekeeping team within the busy Estates Department at Canterbury College. You will have a positive attitude, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of housekeepers while maintaining high levels of cleanliness & hygiene. You will also be able to perform the array of cleaning tasks including the use of machinery widely used in the industry.
Ideally you will have previous experience of team leadership and cleaning in a commercial environment as well as the ability to learn quickly and maintain high standards of work. You will also have a Level 2 qualification in English & Maths or be willing to work towards these (the College will support with such qualifications) A health & safety certificate would be of benefit but not essential as training is provided.
