Housekeeping Supervisor - Imperial London Hotels (Group) - Bloomsbury, London

We are seeking a committed and diligent Housekeeping Supervisor to join our housekeeping team. Housekeeping plays a vital role in our operations, and as a key member of the team, you will help ensure our guests have a clean, comfortable, and unforgettable stay. Your responsibilities will include conducting spot checks of rooms, supervising and assigning the daily cleaning of designated rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas, ensuring they are well-maintained, as well as organising and maintaining orderly storerooms and trolleys.

• 2 Year experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in the Hotel Industry, preferably with experience in supervising large-scale 4+ housekeeping operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to thoroughly inspect and ensure that rooms meet high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and ensure timely completion of housekeeping duties, especially during high-occupancy periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts: early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks such as frequent lifting and carrying up to 30lbs, bending and standing throughout your shift.
Desirable (Not Required but a Plus):
• Experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality sector.
• Knowledge of cleaning & bed-making techniques and materials.
• Proficiency in Know Cross & OPERA (PMS System), If you thrive in a hands-on engineering role and enjoy problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you!
