As a Housekeeping Public Area Cleaner / Linen Porter, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional welcome for our guests, ensuring all public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel, ensuring they remain safe, clean, and welcoming at all times. You will also be responsible for managing the in-house laundry process, including washing, drying, folding, and stock rotation of bedroom linen and towels. Working as part of the Housekeeping team, you will help ensure guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay through your attention to detail and commitment to high standards.and ensuring that guests have a first class enjoyable and comfortable clean stay.

• Attention to detail: it's essential that you have a keen eye for detail to ensure that guest rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Time management skills: in this busy role, must be able to manage their time effectively to ensure that all rooms are cleaned within the allotted timeframe.
• Communication skills: You should be able to communicate effectively with other hotel staff and guests, including receiving and responding to guest requests and inquiries.
