Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be accountable for managing the Housekeeping Team to ensure all our guest & communal areas look and feel warm and welcoming, creating fantastic first impressions and making our visitors feel at home.

You'll need great interpersonal skills to assist and engage with our guests, leadership ability to inspire and lead your team, and confidence and problem-solving talent to resolve any issues that stand in the way of delivering excellent guest experiences. We're looking for individuals with experience of provision of housekeeping services in a fast paced commercial environment and proven people management and development skills with the ability to drive, motivate and enthuse teams.

Grosvenor Hall is a stunning residential activity centre conveniently located in Ashford, Kent. This buzzing centre provides thrilling residential adventure camps for children - helping them to achieve the 'impossible' and providing extraordinary experiences in the great outdoors.
