The role requires operating in accordance with Avery Healthcare's standards for housekeeping and laundry, ensuring that hotel service levels are met. Key responsibilities include performing cleaning duties per worksheet instructions, understanding the cleaning needs of different surfaces, and ensuring that resident dignity and personal spaces are respected. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of health and safety, particularly in areas like moving and handling techniques, fire safety, and COSHH assessments.
