standards of cleanliness, The Housekeeping Assistant role at Bridge Manor Care Home involves ensuring that all cleanliness and laundry standards are maintained. The role requires operating in accordance with Avery Healthcare's standards for housekeeping and laundry, ensuring that hotel service levels are met. Key responsibilities include performing cleaning duties per worksheet instructions, understanding the cleaning needs of different surfaces, and ensuring that resident dignity and personal spaces are respected. Success in this application depends on living Avery's values of being caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of health and safety, particularly in areas like moving and handling techniques, fire safety, and COSHH assessments. Experience with cleaning laundry in public settings, demonstrated compassion, and the ability to adapt to a range of responsibilities at short notice are essential.
