YOUR ROLE: Your focus as Housekeeping Assistant will be to work as part of a team, ensuring that all standards of cleanliness and laundry are maintained in the
home. You will operate according to our standard operating procedures for housekeeping and laundry, ensuring that hotel serv, The Housekeeping Assistant role at Avery Healthcare in Purley involves working as part of a dedicated team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and laundry at the care home. This permanent position pays between £12.50 to £12.75 per hour. The assistant is responsible for cleaning in accordance with given instructions, understanding the cleaning requirements of various surfaces, and treating residents with dignity. Candidates must live the values of caring, support, honesty, respect, and accountability. Experience in public laundry cleaning and knowledge of health and safety practices are essential. A DBS check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK are required.
