Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit a motivated and reliable Housekeeper to support the team at 121 Watleys End Road in Winterbourne in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for the people we support., As Housekeeper, your responsibilities will include:

- Carrying out all cleaning duties in line with the home's cleaning schedules, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard

- Recording all cleaning tasks and checks using a digital recording platform in line with service requirements

- Undertaking periodic deep cleans of bedrooms, communal areas and equipment as required

- Ensuring all areas are well presented, hygienic and maintained in good condition at all times

- Developing positive relationships with the people we support, their families, visitors and colleagues

- Shampooing carpets and completing other specialist cleaning tasks when needed

- Cleaning and maintaining all equipment used, and reporting any faults or damage promptly to management

- Adhering to COSHH, infection control procedures, and all relevant health and safety regulations

- Attending training sessions and team meetings as required to support continuous improvement
