Full Job Description
- Assist in the assessment of the effectiveness of cleaning implementation and delivery
- To supervise the cleaning and laundry services within the home in accordance with agreed standards
- Implement actions to meet and maintain cleaning standards
- Systematically solve day-to-day problematical issues which arise
- Evaluate standards of cleaning competence
- Ensure the Service Users' rights are protected
- Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support
Communication Skills - Good English - Written and verbal
- To communicate effectively with Service Users and their visitors Requirements Requirements Desirable but not essential Previous experience of working in a similar environment Previous experience of working as a housekeeper Experience of working with Service Users who have additional support needs
