Full Job Description

- Have responsibility for housekeeping duties on the ward
- Disseminate good practice to ward teams to ensure service is maintained in their absence
- Provide an efficient housekeeping service, ensuring that high standards are always maintained. Ensure that a friendly, welcoming, clean, organised, safe and comfortable working environment is provided for patients, visitors and staff
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join the team within the Emergency Department as full time. In return, you will find your contribution is valued and that you are supported through excellent management and a teamwork approach, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team with doctors, health care assistants, physiotherapists, and other allied health professionals. Hours per week: 37.5 We welcome applications from Graduate visa holders; it is important to note that you must have a minimum of 6 months before this expires at the start of your employment for training and operational reasons., Please be aware that this post requires an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check with barred lists, the cost of which is payable by the successful candidate. If you have lived or worked abroad for 6 months or more in the last 5 years you will need to obtain an overseas police clearance.
