Full Job Description
Swalcliffe Park School is a specialist day and residential school dedicated to supporting children with autism. We provide a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential. We are currently seeking a Housekeeper/Domestic Assistant to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and order within all areas of our school's premises, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for students and staff alike. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to follow instructions carefully
- Good attention to detail
- GCSE level education or equivalent
- Willingness to learn new tasks related to cleaning and housekeeping
- Reliable and punctual -Access to a car for work purposes Values and Attitudes:
- A positive attitude towards working as part of a team
- Respectful approach when working around children with special needs
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Flexibility and adaptability in daily duties
