As part of our team, you'll help organise and deliver efficient housekeeping services that meet Cumberland Council and Cumbria Outdoors' high standards. Working closely with the Housekeeping Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming, safe, and clean environment for all our guests. What You'll Do:
- Assist in the planning and delivering of housekeeping services, which involves cooking, catering and cleaning, to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors.
- Ensure all services comply with legislative requirements, including health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Gather and act on customer feedback to continually improve service delivery.
- Manage resources effectively, including stock control, ordering food, and consumable supplies from approved suppliers.
