Housekeeper

As a Housekeeper in our Bisham Abbey team, you'll help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests, visitors, and the local community. Your work has purpose, supporting high standards across the site and ensuring everyone enjoys a positive experience.

By maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation, you'll make a positive impact on communities and help create an environment where people can enjoy sport, leisure, events, and accommodation facilities with confidence. What you'll do as a Housekeeper

- Carry out cleaning duties across designated areas, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, polishing, and waste disposal.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in sports, conference, accommodation, and communal areas.

- Prepare rooms and facilities to a high standard for guests and visitors.

- Clean shower, changing, and bathroom areas in line with required standards.

- Support deep cleaning activities, including carpet cleaning, descaling, and window cleaning where required.

- Help maintain safe cleaning stores and support colleagues with other reasonable duties across the site.

Experience working in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, accommodation, or a similar environment.

- Reliable, motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

- Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills

Flexible approach to work, including weekend working on a rota basis.
