Housekeeper

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and enjoys working as part of a team. You will help prepare holiday accommodation to ensure every guest arrives to a spotless, comfortable and welcoming environment.,

• Clean and prepare lodges, caravans and other accommodation units to company standards for guest arrivals.
• Change bed linen and make beds neatly.
• Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas.
• Vacuum, dust, mop floors and wipe down all surfaces.
• Ensure each accommodation unit is presented to a high standard before check-in.
Guest Experience
• Make sure all accommodation feels welcoming, clean and presentable for guests.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management.
• Maintain cleanliness in communal areas when required.
• Help ensure guests receive a high standard of cleanliness throughout their stay.
Team Support
• Work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members, particularly during busy changeover days.
• Support supervisors in preparing accommodation efficiently within allocated timeframes.
• Follow company cleaning checklists, procedures and standards consistently.
• Assist other members of the team when required.
Health & Safety
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and as instructed.
• Store cleaning materials safely and appropriately.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Report any hazards, accidents or maintenance concerns promptly., We are looking for a friendly and reliable Housekeeper to join our team at Hawkchurch on a permanent, part-time basis. You will help keep our holiday accommodation clean, comfortable and welcoming for guests, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout.
