Through support, training, and coaching of your domestic and laundry teams, you will assume responsibility for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our residents rooms and in all communal areas. You will ensure that the correct staff resource is always available through accurate staff rostering, prioritising resident care at all times which actively promotes continual improvement of standards in all areas. • Experience of working within similar environment
• Housekeeper/Team leader experience required.
