Housekeeper

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking house keeper to join our fantastic Theatre team. We currently have 20 theatres covering the SHH footprint, including maternity and Stockport eye centre. The successful candidate will need to be flexible and a team player. You will work closely with our materials management team and be expected to organise the safe distribution of theatre scrubs across the department amongst other stated roles. • To communicate effectively with the multi-disciplinary team, under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• To carry out some minor clerical tasks, as required.
• To carry out some administrative related tasks for the benefit of the unit.
• To communicate effectively when giving/receiving verbal and written information.
Responsibility for Patient Care
• To maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• To carry out any tasks required to maintain the safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the ward area.
• To carry out routine ward maintenance activities.
