Full Job Description

Role: As part of a team to assist in the cleaning and presentation of caravans and company premisesMain Tasks 1. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all rental fleet and accommodation, stock caravans and company premises to the highest standard 2. Cleaning of windows inside and outside where required 3. Interior and exterior valeting of caravans 4. Report lost and found property immediately to your manager 5. The recording, reporting and dealing with any faults, breakages of equipment and replacement of fittings, furnishings and supplies as required 6. Report lost and found property immediately to your manager 7. Checking contents inventories and replenish as required 8. Laundry services 9. Liaise regarding housekeeping needs, on a daily basis, with other departments 10. Ordering of equipment and stock and negotiating the provision of supplies on approval of your manager and with due regard to budgetary controls 11. To use products and equipment in accordance with manufacturers recommendations 12. Undergo training as required 13. Always behave in a polite and courteous manner so as to be an ambassador for the company 14. Personal appearance at all times to be in accordance with company standards, Key results/responsibilities: 1. To ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the parks' buildings and caravans to the highest standards 2. Identify opportunities to improve the standards of both service and presentation of the park 3. To ensure the highest possible standard of customer care 4. To ensure that any complaints are dealt with immediately 5. Not to bring the company into disrepute 6. To be dressed and presented appropriately to your role at all times 7. To deal effectively with customer enquiries as to products and services 8. To act at all times in accordance with company procedures and standards 9.
