Housekeeper

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and enjoys working in a team environment. You will help prepare our holiday accommodation to ensure every guest arrives to a spotless and welcoming lodge.,

• Clean and prepare lodges, caravans, and other accommodation units to company standards for guest arrivals.
• Change bed linen and make beds neatly.
• Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
• Vacuum, dust, mop floors, and wipe down all surfaces.
• Ensure each accommodation unit is presented to a high standard before check-in.
Guest Experience
• Make sure all accommodation feels welcoming and presentable for guests.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management.
• Maintain cleanliness in communal areas when required.
Team Support
• Work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members, especially during changeover days.
• Support supervisors in preparing accommodation efficiently within allocated timeframes.
• Follow company cleaning checklists, procedures, and standards consistently.
Health & Safety
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and as instructed.
• Store cleaning materials safely and appropriately.
