Housing HostLocation: Lilleshall National Sports Centre, TF10 9ATSalary: Paying up to £12.71 per hour depending on skills and experienceSchedule: Casual/Part-time - 3 x 6-hour shifts, 3.30pm - 10pm Monday to Saturday 12pm - 6pm Sunday (depending on business needs)

As a Housing Host in our Lilleshall team, you'll create a welcoming experience for guests staying at the main house, ensuring they enjoy exceptional service and comfort during their visit. This role is all about making a positive impact on our guests' stay. You'll help deliver a seamless check-in process and provide attentive dining service, contributing to an environment where every guest feels valued and cared for.

What you'll do as a Housing Host
You'll be entrusted to:
- Welcome and check in guests at the main house reception desk
- Host and serve evening dining service for up to 29 rooms from a pre-selected menu
- Act as the main point of contact for guest enquiries
- Ensure dining areas are prepared and maintained to a high standard
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service

Level 2 Food Safety (desirable)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment (preferable)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work flexibly across evenings and weekends, Disability Confident
