Are you an experienced barber with a passion for sharing your skills and supporting the next generation of industry professionals? South Devon College is looking for an enthusiastic Hourly Paid Trainer Facilitator to deliver engaging learning across a range of Barbering programmes.
About the Role:
You will:
Instruct and facilitate engaging learning sessions for Barbering students.
Prepare suitable learning materials and use a variety of delivery methods to meet individual learner needs.
Assess students' work and contribute to verification and moderation processes.
Support the planning, development and review of learning programmes and curriculum resources.
Provide guidance to learners and contribute to their learning plans, assessments and targets.
Maintain a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.
Complete accurate course records, registers and other relevant documentation.
Contribute to quality assurance, curriculum reviews and continuous improvement.
