Hourly Paid Lecturer in Maths
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Salary: From £35.22 (unqualified) to £41.78 (qualified)
Employment Type: Permanent

The West Herts College Group is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced Maths Lecturer to work as part of the College's dedicated Maths team.
The successful candidate will be involved in delivering, developing, and preparing Stepping Stones and GCSE Maths.
Ideally, you will have considerable experience of teaching Maths with the ability to be creative and adaptable in your approaches to delivery to support the learning of students at varying levels.
In addition to teaching, your role will involve both individual and team support to vocational staff that will need assistance with embedding Maths into their vocational courses.
You will be required to support the diagnostic process and have the knowledge to work with students at a variety of levels. This includes contributing to the quality process by providing evidence of outstanding and innovative schemes of work, lesson plans and individual learning plans.
If you have the excellent teaching skills and subject knowledge required to be successful in this role, we would like to hear from you.
This is an hourly paid role initially to teach 12 hours per week. The role will require working across all the West Herts College Group campuses.
