The role will be based at Springhill Care Home, standing in four acres of landscape grounds with spectacular views of the surrounding Lancashire countryside, Springhill Care Home is a 107 bedded home providing luxury en-suite accommodation, personalised care and support for adults and older people with a wide range of specialist needs including dementia and end of life services Purpose of Job: The Hotel Services Manager is responsible for leading and delivering high-quality non-clinical services within the home, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and hotel-standard environment for residents, relatives, and visitors. The role is integral to achieving Prime Life Ltd's vision of providing outstanding, person-centred care environments and supporting the organisation's regulatory, operational, and commercial objectives.
