We have an exciting opportunity for a Hotel Services Director to join Nottingham Brain Injury and Neurological Rehabilitation Centre in Nottingham., We are seeking a candidate with experience in luxury five-star hotels or spa environments who can bring a refined, VIP-level service ethos into private healthcare. The Hotel Services Director will lead and elevate the standards of our service environment, delivering an immaculate, safe, and welcoming patient experience. This role blends clinical compliance with the exceptional service standards typically found in high-end hospitality settings. The successful candidate will bring expertise in customer experience, presentation standards, team leadership, and operational excellence, while developing specialist knowledge in service site management, including Infection Prevention & Control (IPC), healthcare cleaning standards, and patient-focused facilities operations. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who understands that environment and service directly influence patient wellbeing, safety, and dignity. This person should be an inspirational leader to their team of cleaning,
clerical, catering and estates services as-well-as providing the best service possible to all clinical stakeholders working alongside the team.
