Prepare and manage client quotes and RFPs in line with Hilton processes. Act as the main on-site contact for clients, suppliers and sales teams. Support sales growth through account management and new business enquiries. Manage the hotel's social media and promotional content. Support sponsorship, commercial initiatives and community engagement. Coordinate event logistics to ensure successful delivery. Prepare booking details, contracts and invoices, ensuring accurate billing. Maintain up-to-date marketing materials and sales collateral. Provide administrative support, maintaining accurate records and reports. Deliver excellent customer service and build strong

Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Proactive, self-motivated and solution-focused.
