The role involves managing the conversion of an office building into a reputable hotel, overseeing labour, subcontractors, and ensuring comprehensive health and safety compliance.The ideal candidate will have recent experience in hotel refurbishment and relevant certifications including SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Fire Marshall, and Asbestos Awareness. This position offers a chance to work with a respected contractor on a high-profile project.
