Hotel Handyman - CENTRAL LONDON HOTELS

We are currently looking for an experienced Hotel Handyman to work in hotels across Central London.

We would like to hear from reliable and experienced candidates with a strong background in hotel maintenance and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).

️ Key Maintenance Duties

The successful candidate should have experience in:

• Grouting replacement
• Silicone replacement
• Painting and decorating works
• General PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) activities
• General hotel maintenance and repairs
• Maintenance of fixtures, fittings and guest rooms
• Carrying out routine inspections and identifying maintenance issues
• Completing maintenance tasks to a high standard

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Handyman / Maintenance Operative
• Hotel maintenance experience is highly desirable
• Practical experience with grouting, silicone and painting
• Good understanding of general PPM activities
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Right to work in the UK
